The team at Fino Bar is celebrating. This month we were awarded the LITO 2025 Prize, an honour that fills us with pride because it recognises something we consider essential: service in the dining room and customer care.
The LITO Awards, organised by Hospitality Industry in Madrid in partnership with the Community of Madrid, recognise restaurants that go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience beyond the food itself: the service, the hospitality, and the little touches that make all the difference.
An award we feel as a collective
The awards ceremony took place on 11 December at the Teatros del Canal, where 26 establishments from across the region were recognised for their outstanding service. Among them was Fino Bar, named one of the best restaurants for customer service in Alcalá de Henares.
Our partner and head of dining, Alberto Sánchez, put it this way during the ceremony:
‘This award recognises our team’s daily efforts to provide a warm, professional and memorable service. It is also a source of pride for Alcalá de Henares and an incentive to keep improving every day.’
What does winning the Lito Award mean to us?
