The team at Fino Bar is celebrating. This month we were awarded the LITO 2025 Prize, an honour that fills us with pride because it recognises something we consider essential: service in the dining room and customer care.<\/p>\n\n

The LITO Awards, organised by Hospitality Industry in Madrid<\/a> in partnership with the Community of Madrid, recognise restaurants that go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience beyond the food itself: the service, the hospitality, and the little touches that make all the difference.<\/p>\n\n

An award we feel as a collective<\/h2>\n\n

The awards ceremony took place on 11 December at the Teatros del Canal, where 26 establishments from across the region were recognised for their outstanding service. Among them was Fino Bar, named one of the best restaurants for customer service in Alcal\u00e1 de Henares. <\/p>\n\n

Our partner and head of dining, Alberto S\u00e1nchez, put it this way during the ceremony:\u2018This award recognises our team\u2019s daily efforts to provide a warm, professional and memorable service. It is also a source of pride for Alcal\u00e1 de Henares and an incentive to keep improving every day.\u2019<\/p>\n\n

What does winning the Lito Award mean to us?<\/h2>\n\n

For those of us at Fino Bar, this award isn\u2019t the end of the road, but rather further motivation to keep doing what we\u2019re passionate about: creating dining experiences that are remembered, not just for the food, but for how they make you feel.<\/p>\n\n

We work hard every day to ensure the service runs smoothly, and to create the right atmosphere, music and attention to detail. Because we know that eating well is important, but feeling good is even more so. <\/p>\n\n

This recognition encourages us to continue investing in quality, training and our team. It inspires us to keep striving for a vibrant, well-run restaurant where every customer feels listened to and well looked after. <\/p>\n\n
